[ES] Hasta ahora sólo se ha publicado el análisis •itogenético de diecinueve especies de tortricidos: dieciséis paleárticos (Shibata, 1930; Saitoh, 1960, 1966; Saitoh y col., 1971, 1972; Suomalainen, 1971) y tres neárticos (Smith, 1944, 1953). Según nos comunica por carta, Suomalainen tiene en estudio numerosas especies de este grupo de lepidópteros, pero tardará algún tiempo en dar a conocer los resultados. Los demás especialistas europeos en citogenética no se han interesado en la investigación de los tortricidos, lo cual explica que aún no se conozca la dotación cromosómica de especies tan extendidas e importantes en el dominio forestal, como Tortrix viridana, o en el agrícola, como Laspeyresia pomonella
[EN] The karyoty-pe of three species of Tortricid moths is analized. The chromosome numbers are as follows Tortrix viridana, n=30; Laspeyresia pomonena, n=28; Pseudococcyx tessulatana, n=28. Some biological and biogeographical data on these species are also given.
