Análisis molecular de la resistencia de variedades de judía de vaina amarilla a Colletotrichum lindemuthianum y BCMV

Abstract

El análisis de la resistencia a dos patógenos, Colletotrichum lindemuthianum y BCMV se ha realizado en 35 variedades locales. Se ha encontrado un porcentaje promedio de 18% variedades resistentes a razas Mesoamericanas y 7% de resistentes a razas Andinas de C. lindemuthianum. El análisis de cuatro SCARs para tres locí ha concluido la presencia de alelos de resistencia para el gen Co-4 para la mayoría de las variedades resistentes a razas Mesoamericanas causantes de antracnosis. Por otro lado, se ha encontrado un 60% y un 14% de resistencia a las cepas US-6 y NL 3-K del virus BCMV. El análisis de SCARs asociados a genes de resistencia a estos patógenos ha confirmado la presencia del gen I y de los genes bc-3 y bc-12 en un elevado porcentaje de individuos resistentes a las cepas analizadas de este virus.
