Abstract

En general los mayores se sienten solos algo más a menudo que el resto de la población. Un 12% declara haberse sentido solo, buena parte del tiempo, casi todo o todo el tiempo durante la semana previa a la encuesta (soledad substancial. Datos de la Encuesta Social Europea, 6ª oleada, 2012. Ese sentimiento de soledad se sitúa en torno al 8% en el resto de la población de menos de 65 años. Estas proporciones son similares al conjunto de Europa, aunque existe una gran disparidad de situaciones según países.
