Abstract

La pesca con nasas, empleada por profesionales con el fin de obtener especies comerciales, está en lenta pero continua decadencia en estas costas. Método de pesca totalmente artesanal, sólo puede ser practicado por pescadores que conocen bien los fondos marinos y expertos en construir, calar y levar tales artilugios. Sin embargo, es el procedimiento de pesca que captura los mejores ejemplares, y determinadas especies, singularmente las de fondos rocosos, sólo pueden obtenerse con nasas. [...]
