Cultivo y usos de las variedades de la especie Brassica oleracea en Galicia

[ES] La recolección de germoplasma de especies del género Brassica de Galicia (Noroeste de España) comenzó en 1985. Se han encontrado hasta el momento cuatro variedades de la especie B. oleracea. En el presente trabajo se describen los métodos de cultivo que se emplean y que se corresponden con una economía rural de subsistencia.

[EN] A collecting of germplasm of Brassica species from Galicia (northwestern Spain) started in 1985. Four varieties of B. oleracea were found. Their methods of cultivation are described in the present work. All of them are typical of rural economy of subsistence.
