Abstract

Es indudable que el acceso a los recursos electrónicos, y especialmente a las revistas, constituye hoy día un núcleo central de los servicios bibliotecarios para la comunidad investigadora de las áreas de ciencia y tecnología. Por ello, resultó preocupante constatar, en los resultados de la encuesta realizada a los usuarios de la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos del CSIC en el año 2014, que era este servicio el que recibía una valoración más baja (8,2 sobre 10, con un 5% de usuarios insatisfechos).
