Optimización de la ginogénesis en germoplasma español de cebolla

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es aumentar las frecuencias de inducción de la ginogénesis y la obtención de plantas DH de cebolla. Se utilizaron tres cultivares españoles: Fuentes de Ebro, seleccionado por su baja pungencia, BGHZ1354 y Recas, ambos de alta pungencia, y como control la población sintética OH-1, caracterizada por su alta capacidad ginogenética.

Este trabajo ha sido financiado por el Instituto Nacional de Investigación y Tecnología Agraria y Alimentaria (INIA) (RTA2011-00118-C02-00), por un Convenio CITA-CSIC y por el Gobierno de Aragón (GrupoA16 y A06). O Fayos es beneficiaria de una beca pre-doctoral del INIA.
