1. Fusion branch formation of the Drosophila embryonic tracheal system. Fusion is quite well described in the dorsal trunk but poorly in the case of a fusion branch formation such as the case in the fusion branches between dorsal branches.In particular for previous analysis it was not easy to distinguish between contributions and requirements from different cells and cell types. We have studied fusion branch formation with a similar approach we used for terminal branch formation. We will present our sesearch on Individual cell features and collective behaviour, Formation of supracellular structures.
