Abstract

El pasado 21 de octubre, durante la Semana del Acceso Abierto 2009, se fundaba en Gante (Bélgica) la Confederación Internacional de Repositorios de Acceso Abierto (COAR). El objetivo de la nueva organización es la consolidación de una infraestructura internacional de repositorios de publicaciones científicas de todo el mundo bajo el principio del acceso abierto.
