Un acercamiento republicano a los derechos positivos

Frente a las filosofías políticas que se vertebran en torno a la idea imaginaria de un pacto social originario, se argumenta que la mera descripción de ese pacto es incongruente y absurda. El ser humano es naturalmente social. Y esa pertenencia natural a la sociedad comporta una finalidad, que es el bienestar compartido, lo cual funda los derechos positivos, que no están subordinados a los negativos o de libertad
