Vocabularios Controlados para Repositorios: Objetivos y Avances del Grupo de Trabajo COAR

Abstract

El webinar dio una panorámica de las motivaciones y avances del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Vocabularios Controlados de la Confederación de Repositorios de Acceso Abierto (COAR). Esta iniciativa arrancó en 2014 para mejorar la interoperabilidad entre repositorios e infraestructuras afines mediante el uso de vocabularios controlados multilingües y globales. Las ponentes forman parte del Consejo Editorial del Grupo y explicaron la metodología de trabajo y las características principales de la versión actual del primer vocabulario construido, el de tipos de recursos en repositorios, haciendo especial hincapié en cuestiones asociadas a la versión en castellano, y presentaron brevemente la agenda de actividades del Grupo con respecto a la implementación técnica de este vocabulario y la publicación de otros vocabularios relevantes para repositorios.
