Utrecht y la internacionalización del comercio regional

Abstract

La conquista de Menorca por Inglaterra en 1708 provocará una profunda transformación en el comercio de Mallorca. A partir de documentación fiscal se analiza el cambio producido entre 1650 y 1720. Menorca abandona la residual participación en el comercio de Mallorca y se convierte en uno de sus principales mercados abastecedores. Después de Utrecht Menorca abandona una posición periférica y asume funciones de mercado redistribuidor.
