Abstract

Se describe el uso de una técnica “in vivo” para el diagnóstico foliar. A igualdad de clorofila por área, la cantidad de citocromo f por área es menor en la carencia de hierro que en otras deficiencias. La medida de la concentración de citocromo se realiza sobre hojas intactas, siguiendo los cambios en Absorbancia a 554 nm tras fotooxidación con luz roja.
