Estudio de capas nanométricas de h-BN y grafeno para su apilamiento en multicapas

Abstract

En este trabajo se ha estudiado la síntesis de capas delgadas de h-BN y grafeno para su posterior apilamiento en estructuras multicapa. La técnica utilizada ha sido la evaporación por haz de electrones con asistencia de iones (IBAD). La caracterización de las muestras obtenidas se ha llevado a cabo a partir de diversas técnicas, que han permitido conocer la estructura, composición y morfología de las capas así como las propiedades ópticas y eléctricas de las mismas.

Esta tesis se ha podido realizar gracias a la ayuda económica del proyecto Intramural PIE-201160E106 “Capas carbonáceas nanoestructuradas y nanocompuestas” y de los proyectos S2013/MIT-2775 DIMMAT-CM y CONSOLIDER FUNCOAT CSD2008-0023.
