El paisaje de las canteras emeritenses. Poblamiento y áreas de producción

Abstract

[EN]: The historiography of Roman Merida has left in the background the study of the contexts of stony material production, focusing on different analysis of topographical character, as much urban as architectonic. However, our objective is the stony production revaluation and, the rebuilding of its work processes depending on an architectonic culture which characterize the mining deposit during three centuries of architectural intensive activity.
