Abstract

[ES]: La presente tesis trata sobre los mecanismos moleculares implicados en la regulación de la apoptosis y la adhesión celular por la ruta C3G/p38 MAPK así como las implicaciones resultantes en la patogénesis de la leucemia mieloide crónica.

[EN]: The present thesis is about the molecular mechanisms implicated in the regulation of apoptosis and cell adhesion by C3G/p38 MAPK route and the resulting implications in the pathogenesis of chronic myeloid leukemia.
