Abstract

[ES] Derivados de indol para la prevención y/o tratamiento de diabetes y trastornos metabólicos relacionados. La presente invención se refiere a derivados heterocíclicos de indol sustituidos de Fórmula (I), que actúan como activadores de la proteína quinasa activada por AMP (AMPK) y de su uso para el tratamiento y prevención de enfermedades o trastornos regulados por AMPK. Por tanto, estos compuestos pueden ser útiles para el tratamiento de enfermedades inflamatorias, autoinmunes, cardiovasculares, neurológicas y el cáncer.

[EN] The invention relates to substituted heterocyclic indole derivatives of formula (I), which act as activators of the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and to the use thereof for the treatment and prevention of diseases or disorders regulated by AMPK. As a result, these compounds can be used for the treatment of inflammatory, autoimmune, cardiovascular and neurological diseases, and cancer.
