[ES] Método de monitorización de tratamiento antipsicótico. La presente invención se refiere a un método de monitorización de tratamiento antipsicótico y/o de indicación de respuesta al mismo en un sujeto diagnosticado con psicosis que comprende al menos la detección y/o cuantificación de la expresión del gen RPPH1. También se refiere al uso de la expresión del gen RPPH1 como biomarcador para el mismo fin. Además, también se refiere a un kit para la detección de la expresión del gen RPPH1 y el uso del mismo para los fines descritos.
[EN] The invention relates to a method for monitoring antipsychotic treatment and/or for indicating the response to same in a subject diagnosed with psychosis, said method comprising at least the detection and/or quantification of the expression of the RPPH1 gene. The invention also relates to the use of RPPH1 gene expression as a biomarker for the same purpose. The invention further relates to a kit for detecting RPPH1 gene expression and the use thereof for the stated purposes.
