Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de películas cerámicas sinterizadas fotoactivas, película obtenida y sus usos, donde la película se prepara a partir de una suspensión coloidal de nanopartículas de dióxido de titanio que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) Estabilización de la citada suspensión coloidal realizada mediante mecanismos electroestáticos, siendo los componentes de dicha suspensión de naturaleza inorgánica y la cual se da en un medio que es agua, b) Precipitación de un hidróxido de un catión dopante por adición de un agente precipitante en el seno de la suspensión, c) Mezclado y homogeneización de la suspensión resultante en la etapa anterior, d) Ajuste de la viscosidad de la suspensión a un valor no superior a 100 mPa. s, acorde al método de conformado en capa a utilizar en la etapa siguiente, e) Conformado sobre el sustrato a modificar, y f) Tratamiento térmico de sinterización de las piezas recubiertas a una temperatura superior a 800ºC.
