Abstract

Material conductor mixto de protones y electrones, que existe como defecto de estructura de fluorita y en estado anhidro presenta la siguiente composición: (Ln1-x A x)6(W1-yBy)z O12-δ con Ln ≥ un elemento del grupo (La, Pr, Nd, Sm), A ≥ al menos un elemento del grupo (La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Eu, Gd, Tb, Er, Yb, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ba, Th, In, Pb), B ≥ al menos un elemento del grupo (Mo, Re, U, Cr, Mn, Nb), 0 < y ≤ 0,5, y x ≥ 0 o x ≥ 1/6 1,00 ≤ z ≤ 1,25 y 0 ≤ d ≤ 0,3.
