Abstract

En los últimos años la agricultura ha visto numerosos avances en cuanto a las técnicas de cultivo empleadas (sistemas de riego, maquinaria, mejora genética ...) pero gracias al desarrollo en el campo de los productos fitosanitarios, cada vez más efectivos y específicos, el problema de las malas hierbas como competidoras de nutrientes yagua de los cultivos está bastante bien controlado, así como la mayoría de las plagas. Todo esto contribuye al aumento de la producción y de los rendimientos de los cultivos.
