La importancia de la innovación en el desarrollo socioeconómico

Abstract

Los procesos de innovación están llamados a ser incluidos dentro de las rutinas de la empresa para poder afrontar los nuevos retos que el siglo XXI nos plantea. Sin embargo, esta adaptación a nuevos cambios influidos tanto desde dentro de la organización como desde su entorno requiere de un conocimiento profundo tanto del contexto en el que se inserta la empresa, como el nivel de cultura de innovación de la misma. Adicionalmente, no se ha de perder de vista el componente humano, tanto en el análisis de los procesos de innovación, como en su puesta en marcha en la empresa, puesto que las personas son el verdadero motor para que se den con éxito los cambios de cultura en la organización. El enfoque basado en las personas requiere la integración de disciplinas tales como la psicología social, el aprendizaje organizacional, la economía evolucionista, dentro del marco general del management o gestión de empresas. La ponencia se centrará en explicar las dimensiones a abordar por la empresa del siglo XXI para poder aproximarse a una cultura de innovación, sin perder de vista a sus verdaderos protagonistas: las personas.
