[ES]: Dada la doble vertiente de los profesionales de la salud como consumidores y productores de contenidos científicos, es recomendable conocer los derechos de autor de las obras, así como los diferentes permisos para el uso de las mismas. Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar algunas consideraciones que cabe tener en cuenta sobre la propiedad intelectual y la posibilidad de ofrecer los contenidos bajo una licencia Creative Commons, que permita que el autor ceda algunos derechos sobre la obra al usuario.

[EN]: Due to the health professional's double perspective, as consumers and producers of scientific contents, it is recommendable to know the authorship rights as well as the different permissions for the use of these contents. This paper aims at presenting some considerations about intellectual property, and the possibility to offer the contents under a Creative Commons license, in order to allow the author to transfer some of the rights to the user.
