Abstract

Los OBJETIVOS del presente trabajo fueron: 1.- Presentar un modelo operativo para la evaluación, caracterización y clasificación de germoplasma de maíz. 1- Analizar los resultados de las evaluaciones de 44 entradas de maíz provenientes del sur de Venezuela (Orinoquia y Amazonia venezolana) 3.- Presentar la clasificación de estas 44 entradas y de 78 accesiones provenientes del proyecto NOE (FONATAP-CIMMYT). 4.- Evaluar las relaciones de estas 44 entradas y los complejos germoplásmicos de maíz del norte de Venezuela.
