[EN] The possibilities of temporary sown grasslands and annual forage crops introduction in crop rotation systems on dryland of South Aragón (Spain) is studied and analyzed. It is concluded that such possibilities can be economically profitable and beneficial for the local dryland agriculture. Compared to the actual cropping system (cereal-fallow rotation), the new rotation, including forage species, contribute to the raising of land revenue and to the maintenance of soil fertility.
