[EN] Method for manufacturing at least one flexible, biocompatible and implantable neuronal microprobe, which comprises the steps of: providing a rigid substrate layer (100); providing a soluble polymer layer (110) on said rigid substrate layer; providing a first polymer layer (130); etching at least one opening (151; 152) in said first polymer layer; providing a two-dimensional conductive layer (160) on said first polymer layer; etching at least one microelectrode having at least one contact area in said two-dimensional conductive layer; providing a finishing assembly (195) on the microelectrode; and dissolving said soluble polymer in a solution (120). The resulting microelectrode (160) is sandwiched between two polymer layers (190, 195), one of which comprises an opening (151; 152) for accessing said contact area.
