[EN] The invention relates to a method for localisation in indoor areas based on the detection and pairing of lighting points, comprising: obtaining a map of lighting points of an enclosure; detecting the movement of a user; and detecting movement passing below lighting points arranged in the enclosure, by means of a luminous sensor provided in a mobile device; and in addition, establishing hypotheses of initial location of the user in relation to the map of lighting points; updating the user location hypotheses according to the information relating to the movement of the user and each time a lighting point is detected; assigning a probability to the location hypotheses; and determining the concrete location of the user as that designated by the location hypothesis with the highest probability.
