Abstract

[ES]En este texto se presenta la situación actual del Área de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales del CSIC y la orientación de transformación que sigue en la actualidad. Como ejemplo y, al tiempo, principal actuación de esta estrategia, se detalla la creación del nuevo Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales, en Madrid. Y se vuelca toda esta argumentación sobre la investigación en Patrimonio Cultural no sólo para reflexionar sobre la actualidad y potencialidades de la misma, sino para mostrar la virtualidad de este campo como un horizonte de inflexión y actualización del Área de Humanidades y Sociales.
