Segunda encuesta de satisfacción de usuarios de la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos del CSIC: 2014

Abstract

La realización periódica de encuestas de satisfacción de usuarios de la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos del CSIC se enmarca en los sucesivos Planes de Gestión de la Calidad del CSIC (2010-2013 y 2014-2017), en concreto, en el proyecto 9 de Calidad en el Servicio de Información Científica y Bibliotecas. Las encuestas son una herramienta fundamental para conocer el grado de satisfacción de los servicios que proporciona la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos del CSIC. En 2012 se llevó a cabo la primera y en 2014 se realizó la segunda de modo que se puede ver la evolución en este periodo. Como ya ocurrió con la encuesta realizada en 2012, los resultados han sido muy positivos, no sólo por los porcentajes de satisfacción que se han obtenido sino también por los comentarios y sugerencias recibidas que dan muchas pistas de lo que va bien, lo que es mejorable y lo que gustaría a los usuarios.
