[EN] The recombinant viruses of the invention contain sequences which are inserted at the same site of insertion as that of MVA and allow the simultaneous expression of various antigens of the HCV, concretely the structural (Core, E1, E2 and p7) and non-structural (NS2, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5A plus the 201 amino acids of the N-terminal region of NS5B) mature proteins. In this way, stable recombinant viruses are obtained, which allow an immune response to be triggered against a large variety of antigens of the HCV, suitable for being used as preventive and therapeutic vaccines against hepatitis C.
