la técnica de microscopía de fuerzas bimodal supone un salto cuantitativo tanto en la mejora de la resolución lateral de las imágenes de contraste de fase como en su aplicabilidad, ya que permite obtener imágenes de alta resolución en condiciones de baja o nula disipación y aplicando fuerzas pequeñas sobre la muestra. Esto se debe a la particular capacidad de la técnica bimodal de ser sensible a variaciones en la parte conservativa de la interacción punta‐muestra.
