Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un material heteroestructurado basado en BiVO4 y dopado con Er3+, que presenta una fase tetragonal mayoritaria estabilizada, lo que le confiere excelentes prestaciones como fotocatalizador bajo irradiación solar, a su procedimiento de obtención que utiliza un método hidrotermal asistido por microondas, y a su utilización para la degradación de contaminantes orgánicos en fase acuosa o gaseosa.
