Abstract

El núcleo central de éste trabajo se basa en el estudio tanto teórico como experimental de las condiciones necesarias para fabricar capas eutécticas del sistema Al2O3-ZrO2-Y2O3 en placas extensas libres de grietas y de la formación de burbujas. Para ello se realizarán tanto ensayos experimentales de caracterización, como simulaciones termomecánicas para conocer las condiciones de procesado y de fabricación de muestras óptimas. Objetivos: -Resolución del problema térmico y tensional del procesado de muestras de Al2O3-YSZ mediante la técnica de resolidificación superficial por láser. El análisis, de gran importancia para entender las tensiones generadas durante el procesado, y poder extrapolar esta técnica a muestras de mayor tamaño, estudiará la influencia de diversos factores sobre las tensiones resultantes: anchura y espesor de la muestra, temperatura de precalentamiento, características del láser, etc. -Fabricación mediante procesado láser de capas extensas con microestructura eutéctica procesado sobre placas de Al2O3-YSZ. Análisis microestructural y medición de las propiedades mecánicas y de resistencia al desgaste. Optimización del procesado para conseguir materiales libres de grietas y de burbujas. -Fabricación de capas eutécticas en muestras de Al2O3-YSZ-YAG. Estudio de las tensiones residuales, y de las propiedades mecánicas.
