Abstract

Se ha estudiado en 8 granjas de vacuno lechero la relación entre animales seropositivos a PTB y su eliminación posterior por cualquier causa a lo largo de un año. El 47% de positivos en el test ELISA y el 19% de los negativos fueron desechados, existiendo una relación significativa entre seropositividad y riesgo de eliminación del animal.

[EN] The possible relationship between PTB seropositivity and culled cows due to any cause was studied on 8 dairy farms. 47% of ELISA test positive and 19% of seronegatives were culled. A significant relation between PTB seropositivity and cows elimination was established.
