La volatilización de amoníaco bajo diferentes tipos de manejo de suelo y de fertilizantes nitrogenados en el Valle del Ebro

Abstract

El uso ineficiente de los fertilizantes nitrogenados puede conducir a pérdidas de nitrógeno en el sistema sueloplanta‐ atmósfera. Este uso ineficiente produce pérdidas económicas y puede ocasionar problemas medioambientales debido, principalmente, a la emisión de gases a la atmósfera en forma de amoníaco (NH3), óxido nítrico (NO) y óxido nitroso (N2O). En este contexto, la volatilización de amoníaco constituye una de las más importantes vías de emisión de gases en forma de nitrógeno (N) provenientes de la agricultura (Saarijärvi et al., 2006).
