Abstract

La Biología Molecular proporciona técnicas para discriminar claramente esntre distintas cepas de una misma especie. Entre las técnicas moleculares disponibles destaca la técnica de secuenciación multilocular MLST (MultiLocus Sequence Typing) que se basa en el ánalisis de las secuencias parciales de una serie de genes conservados.

Este trabajo ha sido realizado gracias a la financiación recibida de los proyectos RM03-002 (INIA), 07G/0035/2003 (CAM) y AGL2005-00470 (CICYT).

Trabajo presentado al IX Congreso Nacional de Investigación Enológica (GIENOL) celebrado en Badajoz del 29 de mayo al 1 de junio de 2007.
