Abstract

La grasa es una enfermedad bacteriana causada por Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola (Psp), que afecta a la judía común (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) en zonas de producción con temperaturas moderadas. Se han descrito nueve razas del patógeno y cinco genes de resistencia específica (Taylor et al., 1996). Sin embargo, existen pocos estudios sobre la localización cromosómica de loci cuantitativos (QTLs) implicados en la resistencia a Psp (Fourie et al., 2004; Yaish et al., 2006; Trabanco et al., 2014). En el presente trabajo se identificaron QTLs simples y epistáticos relacionados con la resistencia a cinco razas de Psp en una población de líneas recombinantes consanguíneas (RILs).
