[ES] Se ha diseñado, construido y puesto a punto un sistema de alimentación y estabilización de láseres y amplificadores ópticos de semiconductor. El sistema se basa en dos controladores ultra estables de corriente o potencia que alimenta al diodo y controlan la temperatura del mismo. El sistema puede alimentar a dispositivos hasta corrientes de 2 A o hasta corrientes de 200 mA en sus dos modos de funcionamiento. Se ha probado el sistema sobre dos tipos de láseres de semiconductor, uno de transmisión de datos de telecomunicaciones y otro de bombeo para amplificadores de Er, obteniéndose en ellos una estabilidad en potencia de 1% y 1 nm en longitud de onda. Se ha probado el sistema en dos amplificadores ópticos de semiconductor, demostrándose su capacidad de controlar la ganancia de estos.
[EN] A system for laser diodes and semiconductor optical amplifiers control has been designed and implemented. The system is based on two ultrastable controllers, the first one for the diode current or the diode power and the other one for the diode temperature. The system could feed devices even current of 2 A or even current of 200 mA in their two operating modes. The system has been tested on two types of diode laser: a telecommunication laser diode and a pump laser for Er amplifiers, getting a stability of 1% in power and 1 nm in wavelength. The system has been tested in two semiconductor optical amplifiers too, demonstrating their capacity to control the gain of these devices.
