[EN ]The article begins with a particular definition of family, according to which it is a group of people looking after dependents without seeking any direct and immediate financial reward. Dependents are understood as all those who cannot look after themselves, either because of their age or for economic and social reasons. From this point of view, the basic criterion of the family relationship is care. In this sense, the text reviews the burden corresponding to families now and in the future in carrying out this duty, finally proposing a peaceful rebellion arising from civil society and renewing an unjust and expired social contract with the other institutions
