Optimización de propiedades mecánicas de las aleaciones de aluminio Al-7%Si y Al 7075 mediante deformación plástica severa: procesado por fricción batida (FSP) y extrusión en canal angular constante (ECAP)

Abstract

En los últimos años se están realizando avances en las técnicas de deformación plástica severa, como la extrusión en canal angular constante (ECAP) y el procesado por fricción batida (FSP), capaces de generar microestructuras ultrafinas ( 30º. La caracterización mecánica reveló, gracias al gran afino conseguido, la operación del mecanismo de deslizamiento de fronteras de grano, responsable del comportamiento superplástico. Además, el material procesado por FSP exhibió ductilidades por encima del 200 % a una elevada velocidad de deformación (10-2 s-1) en el rango de temperaturas 250 - 400 ºC. Estos resultados permiten la aplicación de un conformado superplástico en la aleación Al 7075 procesada por FSP en condiciones mucho más favorables
