Abstract

[ES]: El objetivo de este trabajo, que forma parte del Proyecto Europeo SIDASS, fue investigar la influencia de la vegetación y del manejo del suelo sobre la erosión hídrica. Por lo tanto, las medidas que se tomaron fueron de erosión en campo y análisis de propiedades físicas y mecánicas. Para cuantificar la estabilidad de la estructura se determinaron los valores de preconsolidación a diferentes cargas, y los parámetros de resistencia a esfuerzo cortante: ángulo de rozamiento interno y cohesión. Los análisis de distribución del tamaño de poro, conductividad hidráulica saturada, permeabilidad y densidad aparente se hicieron a partir de muestras inalteradas. Además, se midieron la textura del suelo, pH, contenido de materia orgánica y estabilidad de agregados. Los suelos estudiados presentaron un manejo tradicional (con arado) en Typic Xerochrept, manejo sostenible (sin arado) en Typic Xerochrept y manejo tradicional en Typic Calcixerept. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que Typic Xerochrept bajo manejo tradicional tiene la mayor erosionabilidad, valores intermedios en manejo sostenible de Typic Xerochrept y los menores valores corresponden al suelo Typic Calcixerept.

[EN]: The aim of this work as a part of the EU-project SIDAS S was to investigate the influence of vegetation and soil management on watererosion. Therefore measurements of erosion in the field and analyses of physical and mechanical soil properties were made. For quantifying structure stability preconsolidation stress and shear strength parameters angle of inner friction and cohesion were detennined. The analysis of pore size istribution, saturated hydaulic conductivity, air conductivity and bulk density was made on undisturbed samples. Furthermore soil texture, pH, content of organic material and stability and bulk density of aggregats were measured. The examinated soils were traditionalmanaged (with plough) Tipic Xerochrept (tTX), sustained managed (without plough) Tipic Xerochrept (nTX) and traditionalmanaged Aquic Haploxerept (tAH).
