Abstract

[EN]In the knowledge society context, issues such as technology innovation or knowledge production are closely linked with University-to-Industry Knowledge Transfer Projects (UIKTP). However, there is a lack of theoretical studies of this kind of projects from the Project Engineering field. The main purpose of this article is to outline a characterization of the UIKTP from this perspective, by means of the Theory of the Dimensions of the Project. With this objective, an analysis of the systems of the project’s environment (industry system, university system and knowledge transferred system) and its influence in the UIKTP, through the Factor Dimension, has been developed.
