Análisis de la saliva de Ornithodoros moubata y producción de antígenos recombinantes para el desarrollo de test serológicos y vacunas anti-garrapata

Abstract

En resumen, los objetivos concretos del presente trabajo fueron los siguientes: 1. El clonaje y caracterización molecular de la TSGP1 de O. moubata, su obtención en forma recombinante y su validación como herramienta diagnóstica. 2. El análisis proteómico de la saliva de O. moubata. 3. El clonaje y caracterización molecular de la enolasa de O. moubata, su obtención en forma recombinante y su análisis funcional para verificar o descartar su hipotética actividad profibrinolítica y/o antagonista de P‐selectina. 4. La construcción y análisis de microarrays de proteínas salivales de O. moubata para la identificación de ligandos de P‐selectina ortólogos de Om44. 5. La producción y purificación de las proteínas recombinantes identificadas en el objetivo anterior, la evaluación de su capacidad protectora y la definición, en su caso, de nuevos antígenos vacunales.
