Optimizando estrategias de aprendizaje : programa de entrenamiento

Abstract

En una misma clase cada alumno es diferente al resto y tiene un proceso de aprendizaje distinto. Una de las diferencias procede del uso que dan los alumnos a las diferentes estrategias de aprendizaje. Enseñar estrategias de aprendizaje es garantizar el aprendizaje, un aprendizaje eficaz que fomenta la independencia enseñando a aprender. Es imprescindible que el alumno sepa, pueda y quiera estudiar. Se pretende alcanzar el máximo rendimiento con el menor esfuerzo y mayor satisfacción personal. Pero no sólo hay que enseñar las técnicas (subrayar, tomar apuntes, hacer resúmenes), también hay que adiestrar al alumno para que sea capaz de realizar por sí mismo las dos tareas metacognitivas básicas: planificar y evaluar. Se presenta un proceso de estrategias de aprendizaje para alumnos de secundaria, enfocado principalmente a alumnos con dificultad de aprendizaje y/o en programas de diversificación.
