Presentació del Treball de Final de Màster en Biotecnologia Alimentària, d'Elisenda del Valle Casacuberta, anomenat "Best-Before - Estimació de la data de consum preferent dels aliments micriobiològicament no peribles per disminuir el malbaratament alimentari". En aquest treball s'analitzen les causes dels milions d'aliments que anualment acaben a les escombraries per part dels consumidors.
