Las plataformas educativas forman parte, hoy en día, del apoyo tecnológico del profesorado para ayudarle a organizar y a impartir la docencia. Son instrumentos a disposición del profesor para, entre otras posibilidades, activar conocimiento y orientar el aprendizaje hacia la colaboración. Por consiguiente, forman parte de las estrategias pedagógicas destinadas a generar saberes mediante la participación. En esta comunicación, indagamos en el uso de las herramientas colaborativas, en particular del chat y del foro, de la plataforma educativa (en adelante PoliformaT) de la Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV)
