Abstract

A l'EPSEM (UPC) s’aplica el Pla de Mentoria-Enginycat des del curs 2009-2010, amb el qual es pretén donar suport i orientació a l’estudiant que s’incorpora en el nostre centre universitari i està enfocat bàsicament en els aspectes acadèmics dels estudiants d’enginyeria. Amb la mentoria, sovint anomenada 'Tutoria entre iguals', es pretén acompanyar l’estudiant novell. D’altra banda, l’orientació i suport general es proporciona amb la tutoria pròpiament dita (tutor-professor): a cada estudiant se li assigna en el moment del seu ingrés un professor que fa les tasques de tutorització. Aquí ens qüestionem l’opcionalitat o l’obligatorietat de la tutorització/mentorització
