Abstract

CAT- Amb aquesta proposta de recerca es pretén definir i avaluar els elements que defineixen la ruta tecnològica de transformació digital per a un Geoparc, dins de la dinàmica de la Societat de la informaciò i del Coneixement (d'ara endavant, SIC) i l'ús de les Tecnologies de la Informació i les Comunicacions (d'ara endavant, TIC), que respongui la problemàtica identificada en recerques prèvies, en aquest cas, enfocada al sector turístic, els Geoparcs i els serveis intel·ligents recolzats en TIC. Per a definir aquests elements es decideix analitzar i estudiar els avanços i l'estat de l'art dels Geoparcs del Món, dels serveis i les dinàmiques del turisme al voltant d'aquests espais, de les possibilitats de les TIC per a generar-los serveis digitals intel·ligents, de manera que pugui construir-se amb la comunitat i amb els actors de la regió de Caldas i de Colòmbia un marc d'aprofitament i conservació per al Geoparc Volcà del Ruiz, situat en la serralada central de Colòmbia. Per tant, s'intentarà aconseguir els objectius d'aquesta recerca empírica a través de l'ús del mètode científic per ser el més sistemàtic i ordenat. D'igual forma, aquesta ruta de transformació digital es pretén formular de manera que pugui ser replicada en uns altres Geoparcs a partir dels elements plantejats, les seves relacions i la forma d'intervenció de la comunitat i els actors. Finalment i no menys important, aquesta proposta sorgeix de les indagacions i interessos de la investigadora que estan estretament relacionats amb la seva regió, formació i projecte de vida

ENG- The purpose of this research proposal is to define and evaluate the elements that define the technological route of action for a Geopark, within the dynamics of the Information and Knowledge Society (hereinafter, SIC) and the use of Information and Communication Technologies (hereinafter, ICT), which responds to the problems identified in previous research, in this case, focused on the tourism sector, Geoparks and intelligent services supported by ICT. In order to define these elements, it was decided to analyze and study the advances and the state of the art of the Geoparks of the World, of the services and dynamics of tourism around these spaces, of the possibilities of ICT to generate intelligent services, so that a framework for the use and conservation of the Ruiz Volcano Geopark, located in the central mountain range of Colombia, can be built with the community and the actors of the region of Caldas and Colombia. Therefore, we will try to achieve the objectives of this empirical research through the use of the scientific method because it is the most systematic and orderly. Similarly, this technological route is intended to be formulated in such a way that it can be replicated in other Geoparks based on the elements proposed, their relationships and the form of intervention of the community and the actors. Last but not least, this proposal arises from the researcher's inquiries and interests that are closely related to her region, training and life project
