Introducció: El mobbing és una situació on s’exerceix una violència psicològica extrema sobre una persona en l’àmbit laboral, de forma sistemàtica i recurrent, que provoca conseqüències psíquiques, físiques, socials i professionals. S’ha identificat que el col·lectiu d’infermeria presenta un alt índex de mobbing, ja que aquest és altament vulnerable per la complexitat de la dinàmica hospitalària, les condicions organitzatives del treball i la dificultat de les institucions envers la gestió de les conductes d’assetjament. Els treballadors i les treballadores del sector de la salut presenten 16 vegades més de probabilitats de patir mobbing que altres sectors, i el col·lectiu d’infermeria té 3 vegades més de risc que els altres treballadors i treballadores d’aquest àmbit. El mobbing té múltiples conseqüències de salut i no només afecta a la víctima, sinó que té repercussions en la pròpia organització i en les persones que aquesta atén. Introduction: mobbing is a situation where extreme psychological violence is practised against a person in the workplace, systematically and repeatedly, causing psychological, physical, social and professional consequences. The nursing collective has been identified as having a high mobbing rate, as it is highly vulnerable due to the complexity of hospital dynamics, organizational conditions of work and the difficulty of institutions in managing bullying behaviors. Workers in the health sector are 16 times more likely to suffer from mobbing than other sectors, and the nursing collective is 3 times more at risk than other workers in this area. Mobbing has multiple health consequences and not only affects the victim, but also affects the organisation itself and the people it attends to. Objective: To learn about the prevalence of mobbing in the collective of nurses and nurses at the public referral hospitals of Catalonia
