Spastic tetraparesis is a rare disease (2-4 cases per 100,000 people) which consists of a model of cerebral palsy. spasticity means stiffness and people who have this class of paralysis have difficulty controlling any or all of your muscles, which tend to lay down and lose strength. It is usually the muscles of the limbs (arms and legs) or head. This disease includes both people and not they can control the motor function of the limbs like people who experience partial paralysis of one of them. Tetraparesis can be as spastic (unusual muscle stiffness or tension and tendons) as flaccid (muscles become inert). There are certain variations of the disease, such as complete paralysis of the four limbs (tetraplegia or quadriplegia), the weakness of the legs but not of the arms which is called paraparesis and the complete paralysis of the legs which it is called paraplegia
